CTS is a growing business currently looking to add Technology Consultants to our top-performing sales team. We are looking for outside sales professionals with documented success. Our top priority is finding the right person who aligns with our culture, mission and integrity-based values. This position offers a base salary/guaranteed draw with uncapped commissions, generous benefits package, ability to work out of your home office and travel within a local geographic territory.

Role Responsibilities

Technology Consultant applicants should be skilled in prospecting, new business development and be able to sell CTS technology solutions to net new customers in their assigned territory, while continually maintaining and growing current client relationships.

Candidate Technical Requirements

The perfect Technology Consultant will possess:

  • At least 3 years prior outside sales experience with documented success
  • Experience selling to C-Level contacts (CEO, CIO, CFO, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to meet and easily connect with others (a “power networker”)
  • Self-motivated and driven work ethic
  • Results-oriented with ability to consistently meet sales goals
  • Ability to work independently
  • Extensive prospecting, presentation, and closing ability
  • Great client relationship and customer service skills
  • A technology background/knowledge level is beneficial

Headquartered in Sparta, Illinois, CTS maintains regional sales reps throughout our service area, including Southern IL and Metro-East regions. This position offers a flexible schedule with minimal office hours (i.e. primarily work from home and in sales territory).
