Earlier this month, CTS welcomed Joe Mintzer as Technology Consultant for the Metro-East Region, which covers key markets in Illinois and Missouri.

Joe Mintzer brings more than 5 years of experience, having served in business development for Paychex where he excelled in assisting companies achieve their business objectives through streamlined HR, benefits and payroll technology.
During his time with Paychex, Mintzer made significant contributions to their success, including earning notable achievements such as the Diamond Club Level 2 Award.
As an accomplished consultant in the technology space, his knowledge, expertise and advisory approach will be instrumental in helping businesses leverage their investment in technology to maximize employee productivity and company profitably.
Mintzer earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising from San Diego State University, where he served as President of the Advertising Club. He now resides in Eureka, MO with his wife and three children. When Joe isn’t cultivating relationships or improving businesses’ bottom-line, you can find him watching Kansas City Chief’s games, playing piano or snowboarding at Hidden Valley Ski Resort.
