CTS Welcomes A New Sales Consultant & Marketing Director
Earlier this year, CTS’s team grew by two strategic new hires. Driven by increased demand for its services, CTS is expanding its client service regions to target a larger audience and has added staff to accommodate the growing demand for its services.
CTS has been serving organizations through the deployment, installation, maintenance and optimization of technology systems for over 35 years and now provides an array of technology solutions including: unified communications, surveillance/access control, cloud, cybersecurity and managed IT services. CTS’s top priority is to deploy technology that increases productivity and drives bottom-line profitability. Melanie Tyson and Leah Bahr will be ensuring that business owners, especially those in Southern Illinois, are aware and benefitting from the latest that technology has to offer.

Leah Bahr as Sales Consultant has a specific focus on increasing awareness and expanding CTS’s presence in the Southern Illinois marketplace. Bahr graduated with a Master’s Degree from the Southern University of Illinois-Carbondale and brings over 19 years of experience to the the team. Prior to CTS, Bahr made significant contributions to the success of the American Heart Association and aims to deliver similar results to the team at CTS.
Melanie Tyson | Marketing Director

Tyson graduated from Lindenwood University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications and previously worked at a design, consulting and engineering firm in St. Louis, Missouri. As a millennial, she understands the sheer power of technology to drastically impact the efficiency and productivity of any business. She will be infusing new energy into CTS’s social media, in order to increase customer awareness and engagement.
