Kelly Ethington wants to get to know you and your company. As President of Complete Technology Solutions, she enjoys building relationships with clients and finding the right technology solutions to enhance operations.

Kelly knows this business well. She worked in accounting at CTS part-time during high school and college in the early 1990s. She later became a full-time employee in 1999, after receiving a bachelor’s degree in management from Southeastern Missouri State University in Cape Girardeau.

In 2015, Kelly took the role of President, and now she uses her lifetime of CTS knowledge to manage the company’s day-to-day operations and sales. She helps shape CTS into a growing company that adds new services as technology advances. She wants the company to keep evolving so it will always offer the best possible solutions for your business. When she’s not running CTS, Kelly spends her time riding horses, running races, or caring for her three children.

CFO Ryan Pillers knows how much efficiency means to your company. As a financial expert, he recognizes that well-run computer systems and quality technology save you time and money. And he ensures that Complete Technology Solutions’ services offer you the very best.

Ryan joined the CTS team in 2016, bringing with him nearly a decade of experience in finance. He earned bachelor’s degrees in history and accounting from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale and a master’s degree in business administration from Lindenwood University in Saint Charles, Missouri. His career includes eight years at Boeing in St. Louis, Missouri, where Ryan worked in estimating, cost accounting, and cost management.

When the opportunity arose to head the financial department at CTS, he took that chance to help a forward-thinking company reach new heights. Ryan oversees the financial operations at CTS and strives to maximize the company’s productivity to better suit your needs. If he’s not streamlining company processes and making budgets, Ryan wrangles five children and spends most of his time enjoying fatherhood.

Since joining Complete Technology Solutions in 2012 as a field technician, Adam Huelsmann has epitomized growth and dedication, advancing through roles such as NOC Technician, Installer, Engineer, and Professional Services Manager. Now, as the Director of Operations, Adam brings over a decade of hands-on experience and a commitment to excellence that drives both CTS and its clients forward.

In his current role, Adam leverages his expertise to identify inefficiencies—both within CTS and across client operations—and develops strategic, innovative solutions to optimize processes. Beyond his operational leadership, he serves as the lead engineer for data and voice projects, crafting customized solutions that empower clients to achieve their IT and communication goals.

Adam’s journey through the ranks of CTS reflects his passion for problem-solving, his ability to connect with clients’ needs, and his unwavering dedication to creating value at every level. Whether he’s engineering cutting-edge voice and data solutions or enhancing internal workflows, Adam’s mission is to ensure CTS clients receive exceptional service and measurable results.
